PROJECT VISION:
Chrissy’s Creature Crusade,
Educational Brigade (CCCEB)
1. The Origin: Mato Sapa (The Black Bear)
The "Crusade" was born on the high tundra above Guanella Pass, Georgetown, Colorado. While hiking in the warmth of the autumn sun, nine-year-old Chrissy, her seven-year-old brother Mark, along with their veterinarian father, discovered a young black bear, his leg shattered by an illegal jaw-trap. Infection was coursing through the bear’s veins, and fear was overwhelmed the cub to exhaustion. Despite a desperate field triage, the bear named Mato Sapa by Chrissy and Mark, out of respect for the Sioux Nation, died from his injuries while resting his head in Chrissy’s lap. In that moment, the painful moans and terrified cries from the helpless bear faded into the mountain silence. Chrissy realized that "sorry" wasn't enough. The world needed a new "infrastructure" for empathy.
2. The Vessel: The AEC Regent III London Double Decker Bus
Chrissy bypassed modern designs for a London Double Decker. For her, this era represents a "Moral Architecture," a time of family, manners, respect, craftsmanship, personal accountability and community pride.
The Exterior: A shimmering candy-apple red, wrapped in whimsical, life-sized 3D renderings of endangered species. It appears as a "Magic Bus" where the animals are traveling "bye-bye" to safety.
The Interior (The Surgical Theater): The lower deck is a masterpiece of stainless steel and glass. It is a full-scale veterinary surgical suite, mirroring the technology of Colorado State University, capable of life-saving triage in any environment.
The Upper Deck: Retrofitted with safe, luxury transport habitats for Chrissy's "Animal Ambassadors."
3. The Commander: 9-Year-Old Chrissy
Inspired by the raw passion of her hero, Steve Irwin, the young Chrissy appears in her signature Aussie-brown adventure gear. Wired with a professional headset, she commands the stage with the authority of a seasoned diplomat and the heart of a protector. She is supported by her parents, little brother, and a "Brigade" of world-class veterinarians and leading experts.
4. The Turning Away: The Georgetown Confrontation
Georgetown, 1991, the CCCEB Brigade faces its toughest challenge: Peter Zuilon and Sieger Stupbert. Hardened by apathy and peer-pressure, they treat life as a target for torment.
Chrissy doesn't lecture; she architecturally dismantles their ignorance. Poised with confidence and dignity, Chrissy crosses to the center of the auditorium stage of Georgetown, Elementary. She stares at the two inbred, hayseeds, Peter and Sieger sitting in the front row. By placing the shimmering Norwegian Black-Silver Fox before them, she triggers the "Chain Reaction" through her video playing on the massive screen behind her:
Awe: The shimmering fur breaks their defensive mask.
Accountability: She shows them the surgical suite, proving the weight of effort required to sustain the life they intended to hurt.
Truth: Faced with the "Precision of Care," their abusive beliefs collapse.
Transformation: Peter and Sieger—the bullies. They are brought to their knees, their tears signaling the birth of a new purpose.
5. The Mission: The Architecture of the Heart
Chrissy believes that we cannot expect a child to protect what they do not love, and they cannot love what they do not understand. Her mission is to dismantle generations of dogma and ignorance through a deliberate, logical progression of the soul:
“If children spend time with these beings while learning their true nature, they will be in Awe.”
“If they are in awe, they will move toward Understanding and Accountability.”
“If they accept accountability, they will finally respect them as Valuable Beings.”
“If they respect them, they will Care for them.”
“If they care for them, they will Love them.”
“And if they love them, they will protect them.”
Ultimately, the Crusade is about building an international army of children who possess a whole new awareness of themselves and the delicate balance of Life. Through this journey, the world’s animals are given more than just a sanctuary, they are given a fighting chance… Love conquers all.
