What is SaaS?

SaaS stands for Software as a Service. It’s software you use online instead of installing on your computer. The updates and hosting are taken care of by the company. Think, Google Workspace, Slack, or Shopify. I find the concepts and technology amazing! I am just at the front-end of SaaS Writing, and I’m excited to create content that makes processes, tools and technologies easier to understand, and is actually customized for my clients and end-users.
