Technical Author & Instructional Designer | Specializing in Modular Anatomical Systems & Bio-Ethical Education | Principal of VÄS
The "Human Validation Layer" for AI & LLM Content
Technical Author & Instructional Architect
Bridging the Gap Between Biological Complexity and Human-Centric Design
I specialize in the "Documentation of Life." Using Markdown-based workflows and modular logic, I transform dense, complex data into scannable, accessible, and highly interactive instructional systems.
I am currently applying this expertise to the development of VÄS (Vivisection Alternative Solutions), a proprietary architecture that replaces disposable anatomical study with a high-fidelity, reversible learning experience.
What I bring to your team:
Systemic Clarity: Converting high-level technical specs into structured, user-focused documentation.
Instructional Innovation: Designing content that isn't just read, but understood and interacted with.
The Empathy Protocol: Integrating ethical frameworks into technical and scientific communications to foster engagement and stewardship.
I am currently seeking new collaborative opportunities where I can apply my 20+ years of technical precision and system-design expertise to solve your organization's most complex documentation challenges.
Full Portfolio and VÄS Technical Dossiers will be available for review.
“I believe that the environments we build, whether physical, digital, or organizational, dictate the quality of the lives within them.”
My career began at the intersection of architecture and empathy, designing a complex, barrier-free exhibit for the Western Lowland Gorilla Dayroom at the Denver Zoo. That foundation in systems thinking led me to a 10+ year tenure at Hewlett-Packard, where I managed technical infrastructure documentation and global project coordination.
Recently, my work in the high-volume logistics and compliance sector at Royal FloraHolland has reinforced my commitment to "Information Architecture." I specialize in taking messy, high-friction operational workflows and translating them into clear, accessible, and high-trust documentation systems.”
“What I bring to the table:
Strategic Storytelling: Using my background as a narrative writer to align internal communications with corporate purpose.
Systems Logic: A Bachelor of Science in Interior Architectural Design means I don’t just write content; I design the "flow" of information to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
Systems Integrity & Documentation: Proven track record in maintaining Document Management Systems (DMS) and SharePoint environments during high-friction organizational transitions.
Current Technical Immersion: I am currently deepening my technical toolkit to align with modern technical writing, and "Docs-as-Code" standards:
Technical Core: Google Technical Writing I & II / STE
Growth & Strategy: MS-900, GitHub & Markdown
Narrative Power: UX Writing & Novel AWAI Writing
“Based in the Netherlands (mastering Dutch from A1-B1 proficiency). Currently, I am authoring my first novel and building a "Systems-First" content portfolio. Please continue, and visit my other pages that showcase my work.”
“Let’s connect if you value precision, integrity, and the power of well-designed & seamless-documentation.”
